👋 I’m Matt, founder of DEPT OF JOY.
A couple of years ago, the universe sent me a huge curveball, and I was badly run over on a zebra crossing (of all places!) Quite literally floored and broken, I spent pretty much a year at home, focusing on healing, reflection, and therapy. That time made me rethink my approach to work, life, and what truly matters.
One word kept springing to mind: joy, as we all need more of that in our lives. And so, DEPT OF JOY was born.
